Conditions of Use - C.O.D. unless otherwise arranged,approved accounts 30 days net from date of invoice - 5% discount for cash orders over $1,500 - cheque within 7 days - Freight & insurance free for orders over $1500 - excluding GST - Overdue accounts will be refused credit - New accounts must pre-pay first order - minimum oder $1000 - Please quote invoice number with payment or return remittance advice - Interest and account fee of 2% maybe charged on overdue accounts - Goods are sold under retention of title conditions stated on invoice - Cancellations must be in writing 60 days before delivery date - Prices are subject to change without notice - Claims recognised only if made within 7 days - Returns only with prior approval - At all times, the goods supplied by Surflife Australia Pty Ltd (the Supplier) shall be at the customer risk. However, property in the goods will not pass to the customer to all money owed to the supplier on any legal ground (including goods previously sold) are paid in full. The goods may be sold in the ordinary course of business as agent for supplier. Money received from resale shall be held separately until the supplier has been paid in full. Supplier shall have full right of access to all places where goods are stored in order to inspect or repossess goods in the event of default by the customer of any obligation to the supplier.
